Most households of any complexity reach a point where running them becomes its own job — managing staff, coordinating vendors, overseeing projects, keeping logistics on the rails across multiple residences. The work doesn't fit neatly into the role of an assistant, and it isn't what a property manager or a concierge service does well either.
Parker Household exists to occupy that space. We act as the household's operating partner: we set up the systems, work with the existing team, manage the relationships with outside vendors and trades, and absorb the planning and follow-through that would otherwise fall to the principal.

Quarterly oversight
A senior set of eyes on the operation. We meet quarterly, audit the systems, vet vendors, and remain available between sessions for the questions that fall between the cracks.
Active operations
A dedicated operations lead manages the day-to-day across staffing, scheduling, and vendor relationships. We are the proxy for the principal on operational decisions.

An embedded Chief of Staff takes ownership end-to-end — staff management, multi-property coordination, projects, travel, and the quiet logistics that keep complex lives moving. Senior operators only.

Our practice is rooted in New York and the East End. We travel with our clients and coordinate across the homes they keep elsewhere, including secondary residences in Florida, the Mountain West, and Europe.

Drew has spent more than a decade running operations for principals in venture capital and hedge funds — managing households, overseeing staff, coordinating across multiple residences, and absorbing the logistics that complex private lives generate. He founded Parker Household to extend that practice to a small group of private clients, on a retainer basis, with the discretion the work requires.
