Two to three weeks of work before your arrival. Vendor confirmation, deep clean, stocking, staff coordination, maintenance, pre-arrival walkthrough, written readiness report. By the time you arrive, every operational detail has been handled.
Opening + Manhattan Closeout
Everything in the opening, plus parallel coordination of closing your Manhattan residence — staff transition, mail forwarding, maintenance, security, freezer down. Two homes, one operational handoff. Designed for families who migrate between residences seasonally.
Full Season Coordination
Opening, ongoing summer oversight (staff, vendors, deliveries, projects, guest visits, charter logistics), and September closeout. The household runs without principal involvement for the entire season. Includes weekly status reporting and a dedicated operations contact.
