Staff scheduling

Housekeeper, chef, driver, security — coordinated to your arrival date and the summer's calendar.

Maintenance & repairs

Anything that broke or wore over the winter, identified and resolved before you arrive.

Pre-arrival walkthrough

Thirty minutes. We learn your home, your existing staff, your preferences, your timeline. Held in confidence.

Property assessment

An on-site visit (or coordination with your existing house manager). We document the current state and any open items.

Engagement plan

Within 48 hours, a written scope, timeline, and fixed-fee quote. No surprises, no scope creep.

Operational handoff

We coordinate everything in the agreed scope. You receive a brief weekly update through the engagement.

Pre-arrival report

Twenty-four hours before your arrival, you receive a written readiness report. Everything completed, anything that surfaced, anything that needs your attention.
